DAB™ Applied — For Individuals, Corporations, and Nations
Most individuals and organizations don't have a corporate culture problem. They have a DABâ„¢ problem.
They know who they want to be. They have values statements, mission documents, brand guidelines and a functioning SOP's for every imaginable scenario. What they don't have are the underlying conditions – dignity, agency, belonging – that make a corporation stable rather than performative, and commitment real rather than contractual.

Details
This is a structured DAB™ diagnostic and a deep examination of which conditions are sustaining your current functioning, which have weakened past the threshold that makes your goals achievable, and what specific interventions would actually move the needle – not in theory, but in the systems, structures, and daily decisions that determine how people experience working with you or for you.
This is the same framework I apply to post-conflict nations studying why their people leave. Applied here, the questions are the same:
- →Where is dignity being built – or eroded – without anyone noticing?
- →Where has agency been promised but not actually given?
- →Where is belonging performed rather than genuinely present?
The scale changes. The mechanism doesn't.
The work is diagnostic first. Then precise. Then – and only then – transformational.
This is not consulting in the classical sense. There are no generic recommendations, no benchmarking against industry averages, no frameworks imported from elsewhere. Everything that comes out of this process is specific to your DAB™ profile – what's strong, what's weakening, and what the evidence says needs to change first and how.
